We will confirm exactly what documentation is required. If you cannot locate all your receipts or certificates right away, simply contact us first—our team will work through it with you.

Our team reviews your case fairly and promptly. We keep you informed at every stage, ensuring full transparency with no unexplained delays or unnecessary back-and-forth.

Resolution (7~14 Days)
Whether your jewellery is repaired, replaced, or compensated, we ensure it meets the original standard. You choose your preferred jeweller, and we handle the rest.
